BIM

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a new management method for construction projects based on a 3D digital model of a structure. It enables designers, builders, and managers to improve their understanding, management, and maintenance of buildings.

BIM is not limited to the construction stage; it enables action throughout the life cycle of a structure, programming, sketches, deconstruction, reuse, recycling, and energy recovery of elements at end of life. It helps plan, manage, and execute projects more efficiently and economically.
