Free professional support activities

Speed interviews
During a single activity, attend 7-minute interviews with around ten companies for an opportunity to be recruited in your line of work. Show off your skills in person to multiple employers and, perhaps, land a job.

Networking
Participate in free networking activities with professionals in your field in Montréal. Develop your ability to build relationships and expand your professional network.

Internship
Do a 4-week unpaid internship at a company in the Montréal region. Get your first workplace experience in Quebec in your field of expertise and get to know the local work environment.

Express mentoring
Benefit from an experienced professional’s advice on your job search and the best strategies to adopt during a short series of individual or group meetings. Get information relevant to your line of work and enrich your professional network in Quebec.

Visit a business
Take a group tour of a business in Greater Montréal that is operating in your field and looking for new talent. Attend presentations, be paired with employees and/or attend speed interviews.
