Montréal, October 31, 2012 – The Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal announces the cancellation of the business luncheon scheduled for Friday, November 2 at which the Mayor of Montréal and Chairman of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal, Gérald Tremblay, was to speak.
The Board of Trade received Mr. Tremblay’s request to cancel the activity this morning. This event, organized at the Mayor’s instigation, was to be a chance for him to present his economic update. The event also coincided with the tabling earlier this week of the 2013 Ville de Montréal budget.
